Hastings Pie Construction Class

Learn to bake a custom pie from scratch with Judy on September 26th, 2026, 10:30-12:30pm at Look What’s Cookin’ in Hastings, NE. In this class, you will learn hands-on pie construction and baking techniques. Judy will guide you through prepping, rolling, and baking your own crust from scratch. Then you will get to pick out your very own pie filling to make it your own!

At the end of class, you’ll head home with a ready-to-bake fruit pie and two extra pie crusts to use whenever you like!

Participants will need to bring the following:

1. 4 cups of flour
2. Medium/large Bowl
3. Rolling pin
4. Silicone pastry mat or pastry cloth

Optional things to bring:

1. Pastry blender
2. Pie dish

(Required tools are available for purchase at Look what’s Cookin’)
