Discover the delicious art of Asian cuisine in this hands-on cooking class led by Brenda Kitabatake! Join a small group of 12 fellow food enthusiasts as you learn to create a mouthwatering meal featuring teriyaki chicken, fluffy rice, steamed vegetables, a refreshing salad with carrot-ginger dressing, miso soup, and a delightful matcha ice cream for dessert. Brenda will guide you through each step of the cooking process, sharing tips and techniques along the way. After the demonstration, everyone will enjoy the delicious dishes together gathered around the Look What’s Cookin’ table.
This class will be held in the Look What’s Cookin’ kitchen and instructed by Brenda Kitabatake. Once registration opens, it will remain open for one week (until November 11) or until capacity is met. After registration closes, we will notify so via Facebook, the registration link will no longer be viewable, and the registrant list will be finalized (first come first serve – 12 registrants max). Once the list is finalized, an email containing the means of payment will be sent out to all registrants. Payment of $20 will be due two days before the class (or November 16).
